Italian Classic Tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms





Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes

Ingredients (4 servings):

400 g fresh noodles

200 grams of frozen porcini or 50 grams of dried porcini mushrooms

1 clove of garlic

oil q.b.

salt and parsley q.b.

cooking water or liquid cream according to the tastes


Preparation:
