Sugar Cookie Fruit Pizza


The pizza is one of the most beloved recipes and known in the world . It may be enriched in many ways, with ingredients that you most prefer to create unique combinations and delicious every time !
Today we offer an alternative and very tasty summer : the sweet pizza with fruit !
The base is a delicious brioche flavored with orange , lying just like the dough of a pizza . And on top of lots of fresh fruit in season for an original version of the classic fruit cake and surprise your guests with a delicious and refreshing after a meal .


INGREDIENTS FOR 10 PEOPLE

For the cake: 3 cups flour, 2 cups of yogurt, 2 cups sugar 3 eggs 1 teaspoon of baking powder, grated rind of 1 lemon
For the custard: 4 egg yolks, 100 g sugar, 40 g flour, 500 ml milk, a teaspoon of vanilla extract
For the wet: 70 ml of water, 50 g of sugar, 1 vial of vanilla flavor
To decorate: 200g strawberries, 2 bananas, 1 packet of tortagel


PREPARATION

For the cake : In a bowl with an electric mixer beat the egg yolks with the sugar, add the flour and the yogurt 1 tablespoon at a time, add the following without the prior spoon is not completely mixed , add the lemon zest , baking powder and mix.

Beat the egg whites and add to the mixture and stir gently.

Grease and flour a cake pan of 26 cm in diameter , pour the mixture and bake at 180-200 ° C for 40 minutes.

When the cake has cooled, incidetela on top to 1.5 cm from the edge to a depth of 1.5-2 cm and remove the other top cap .

For the custard : Heat the milk with the vanilla .

In a saucepan, pour the egg yolks and sugar and beat with an electric mixer for about 15 minutes until the mixture is foamy and whitish . Add the sifted flour and mix well to incorporate it into the mixture of egg yolks and sugar. Stirring constantly , add the milk little by little .

Put on the heat and stirring constantly , bring to boil , lower the heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes to thicken the cream .

Pour the cream into a bowl to stop the cooking and cover with plastic wrap until it has cooled .

For the syrup : In a saucepan , boil the water , sugar and flavor for 10 minutes.

Sprinkle the cake , fill the basin created with cream and covered with fruit.

Prepare the jelly following the instructions on the packaging and brush it over the fruit .
