Salt cod roasted ceraiola




Salt cod roasted ceraiola (Seconds fish) 

ingredients: 

1.2 kg of cod 
100 grams of bread crumbs 
1/2 cup white wine 
rosemary 
olive oil 
salt and pepper 


Preparation: 

Finely chop the rosemary and mix with the breadcrumbs with salt and pepper and drizzle the dough with olive oil and a dash of wine. Cut the cod (previously soaked) in flakes and dip in mixture of bread crumbs and rosemary. Grease a baking dish, Arrange the pieces of cod that can be covered with any remaining bread crumbs. Put a tour of abundant oil and place in preheated oven until cooked (about half an hour).
