Italian mousse with apricots and strawberries recipe 

Capacity: Sweet 
Difficulty: Easy 
Prep Time: Less than 30 minutes 
Type: Low temperature 

Ingredients for 4 people 

6 apricots 
10 strawberries 
3 sheets of gelatin 
200 g sugar 
300 ml fresh cream 
black cherry sauce 


Wash and clean the strawberries carefully. Peel the apricots and Privatel kernels. Cut the fruit into pieces and shake it separately, and then let it rest in the refrigerator. 

Soak in cold water the gelatine, squeeze and melt them in a saucepan. 

Prepare a syrup by dissolving the sugar in 1/2 glass of water. Simmer for 10 minutes, let cool and then chill in refrigerator. 

Stir in the syrup, gelatin and whipped cream previously, with half apricots and half with strawberries. 

Pour into a mold the two mousse and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Turn out and decorated with cherry sauce.
