Perfetct Italian Meatball Spaghetti Recipe





Ingredients for spaghetti

Spaghetti 320 gr
Tomatoes passed 750 ml
Cipollemetà a
1 clove of garlic
Sale q.b.
Tomatoes 1 tablespoon triple concentrate
Extra virgin olive oil q.b

For about 45 meatballs

100g minced pork
Pork Sausage 100g
Mortadella 50 gr
Stale bread crumbs 30 g
Grated Parmesan cheese 50 gr
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Ground pepper q.b.
Sale q.b.
1 medium egg
Grated nutmeg q.b

Preparation

To prepare spaghetti with meatballs, first take care of the meatballs: Put in a bowl the ground beef, sausage deprived of the outer skin and finely chopped mortadella, you can proceed with a mixer,
Spaghetti with meatballs
then knead the ingredients with your hands. Add the bread crumbs previously reduced to crumbs (you can help with the blades of a mixer), Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Knead again the ingredients with your hands and then let the mixture stand for 10-15 minutes in the fridge to rest.

Meanwhile, chop the onion and garlic and put them to brown slowly in the oil: add the tomato puree, salt and 1 tablespoon of tomato paste dissolved in a little water; gently bring to a boil. Proceed to form the meatballs (weighing about 10 g each) modeling them with the palms of your hands.

Formed so all the balls. As soon as the tomato sauce boil, add gently inside the meatballs and cook for at least 40 minutes over low heat, until the sauce has thickened.

Boil a pot of salted water, then lessateci spaghetti and when they are al dente drain and pour the sauce along with the meatballs. Shuffle to mix everything and then Serve your delicious spaghetti with meatballs
