Italian Classic Four Seasons Pizza recipe

The four seasons pizza is so called because it is divided into four parts dressed in a different way: the ideal to suit all tastes!


500 gr. Pasta pizza
250 gr. of tomato pulp
200 gr. of Mushrooms
70 gr. of cooked ham
100 gr. of artichokes in oil
100 gr. Mozzarella
1 clove of garlic
Extra virgin olive oil


Prepare the dough and let it rise for the square covered for at least 2 hours.
Clean the mushrooms by removing any traces of soil and cut into thin slices.
Sauté a clove of garlic in a pan with oil, add the mushrooms and fry trifolare, salt and pepper. Add the parsley and turn up the heat in order to evaporate the cooking water.

Roll out the pizza dough and arrange in a round baking pan greased with oil and lined with baking paper.
Sprinkle the surface with the tomato. Arrange on a piece of surface fungi on another artichokes, sliced, cooked ham slice on the third and finally the fourth the diced mozzarella.
Drizzle with a little olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 25 minutes.


The pizza should be cooked in the oven as hot as possible: in this case, so you do not overcook the ingredients, you can bake for 15 minutes at 300 degrees and serve with ham, mozzarella, artichokes and mushrooms only the last 5 minutes.

Ideas and Variations:

You can make your pizza four seasons most spectacular form with a little 'dough sticks to have a cross on the surface, in order to mark the four wedges.
