Hearts hazelnut chocolate - Gluten Free Recipe
Ingredients:
100 g of wheat flour
100 g of corn flour
100 g of hazelnut flour
130 g of corn malt
60 ml of corn oil
1/2 packet of yeast
1/2 c vanilla
1/2 c cinnamon
60 ml of warm water
1 pinch of salt
100 g of dark chocolate
Procedure:
Mix all the dry ingredients . Warm the malt in a double boiler and mix with the oil and water. Combine the liquid ingredients to dry ones and mix ; obtained a soft but not sticky ball , continue to knead on a floured surface , then let it rest in the fridge for 1/2 hour . Roll out the dough using 2 sheets of parchment paper and draw hearts, that will be cooked in the oven at 190 degrees for about 15 minutes. Baked cookies , melt the chocolate in a double boiler , then dip the hearts at will. Arrange the hearts incioccolatati on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper ; When they have cooled , let them rest in the fridge for about 1 hour to firm up the good chocolate.
