Grilled Margherita Sandwiches

INGREDIENTS 

6 slices of bread
200 g of mozzarella di bufala
2 red tomatoes
oregano
Extra virgin olive oil
salt

Are you vegan and would like to make this recipe?
Instead of putting a slice of mozzarella grilled eggplant. To make the sandwich even more delicious place between tomato and eggplant a teaspoon of pesto vegan.

PREPARATION

Cut the sandwiches in half.
Slice the mozzarella into 6 slices.
Wash the tomatoes, discard the ends and cut 6 slices.
Stuff the buns with a slice of mozzarella and tomato. Sprinkle with a Pizzio of oregano, a couple of drops of oil and a pinch of salt.
Serve immediately.
