Zucchini Lasagna Original Italian Recipe
It was a while that I wanted to prepare lasagna white, as a first experiment I made these white lasagna with zucchini ... fantastic! I know that it is time for the zucchini, but I found a pickup trucks selling fruits and vegetables that had some fantastic zucchini
Ingredients for 4 people:
250 g of lasagna
500 grams of zucchini
300 grams of mozzarella
150 grams of cooked ham
300 ml of sauce
20 g parmesan cheese
salt
peanut oil
Prepare the béchamel
Cook the sheets of lasagna in salted water in which you put a little olive oil . Cook the second baking sheets on the package.
Then lift the sheets of lasagna with a schiumaola and let them dry on a towel .
Drain the mozzarella (if you keep it in the fridge without water a day is ideal) and then cut into slices sottili.Spuntare the zucchini and slice very sottili.Grigliarle or fry them until they have a golden color , add salt and keep aside .
Now we have to assemble your lasagna .
Grease a baking sheet and place on the bottom of a ladle of sauce and then a layer of lasagna overlapping the bordi.Ricoprire with a bit of sauce and cover with a layer of zucchini.
Add a layer of ham and one of mozzarella.
Cover with a ladle of sauce , one zucchini , ham and mozzarella.Continuare then alternating layers of lasagna and ripieno.In last lasagne.Ricoprire cover with a layer of lasagne with white zucchini with the sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes or until the surface of the lasagna is browned .
Allow to cool white lasagna baked with zucchini before cutting into slices and serve.
