Shellfish Pasta Recipe - Seafood Spaghetti recipe - Spaghetti allo Scoglio italian Recipe
Ingredients for 4 people:
400 g of spaghetti
500 g of mussels already cleaned
500 g of clams
4 fresh scampi
a sprig of fresh parsley
a clove of garlic
4 tablespoons olive oil
a pinch of hot pepper
500 g of fresh cherry tomatoes
salt q.b.
Preparation
Clean the mussels by removing the beard and sciaquatele rubbing under running water to remove any residue. Rinse the prawns and quickly set aside. Boil salted water in which you will cook the spaghetti.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan and sauté the garlic and hot pepper in oil, add the pomoodorini washed and cut in half and cook for 5 minutes with the lid on high heat. Add the prawns, making sure to stir carefully to avoid breaking them and continue cooking for another 5 minutes
Also add the mussels and clams (which you have kept for at least an hour in salt water). Cover with a lid, make open clams, salt and then add the chopped fresh parsley.
Drain the spaghetti al dente, toss with the sauce and serve immediately with seafood.
