Penne with Sicilian pesto : Original Italian recipe

Recipe ingredients
350 grams of feathers
200 grams of fresh sheep's ricotta
450 grams of ripe tomatoes (such as copper )
10 basil leaves
2 tablespoons pine nuts
salt and pepper q.b.
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation of recipe
Wash the tomatoes , cut them in half and remove the seeds indoors.
In a large bowl place the cottage cheese , tomatoes , basil , pine nuts , fresh ground pepper , olive oil, parmesan cheese and mix everything with an immersion blender . A few minutes will be enough to get a fragrant , creamy pesto .
Adjust the seasoning with salt. Cook the penne , al dente and season with Sicilian pesto , a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkling of fresh basil, chopped coarsely.
