Tasty Penne with zucchini and bacon : Original Italian recipe

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
400g penne (or pasta shape you like), 2 zucchini, 200 g smoked bacon, fresh white onion or 2 shallots, grated pecorino romano cheese, olive oil, white wine to taste
(optional), a pinch of salt
PREPARATION "PENS WITH ZUCCHINI AND TASTY BACON"
Sauté in a pan with oil the finely chopped onion (or two shallots sliced).
As soon as the onions are well wilted, add the sliced zucchini purposes, if necessary, add the white wine or, if you prefer, a glass of hot water with salt.
When the vegetables will be well cooked, add the diced bacon and cook for around 10 minutes on low heat. Remove the pan from the heat.
In the meantime, boil the penne in boiling salted water, drain and sauté in a pan with the sauce mixture.
Spoverate with plenty of pecorino romano.
