300 grams cherry tomatoes
6-7 basil leaves

The recipe for the sauce with fresh tomatoes and basil, is typical of the summer when we need to prepare simple meals , fast and digestible .
The process is very simple .
Take the tomatoes that are rich in beneficial substances to the body , wash them and cut them in half .
Put the oil in a saucepan and add the finely chopped onion .
If you wish, you can also add the hot pepper.
If you prefer a more rustic flavor replaced the onion with a clove of garlic.
I prefer the onion.
Sauté the onion over moderate heat and add chopped tomatoes and salt .
Cover with a lid , if you see that the sauce is too thick add a few tablespoons of the pasta cooking water .
Cook the sauce with fresh tomatoes over medium heat for about ten minutes
Now that our sauce is ready, we can use it in the dough. The noodles are the best for this pasta sauce. Scolate the pasta al dente and stir well to mix all the ingredients.
Serve the pasta with fresh tomatoes and add the fresh basil.
