Spaghetti and Meatballs : Italian traditional
The spaghetti with meatballs are a dish rich and substantial that for this reason it is also considered an appetizing dish.
The spaghetti with meatballs are coveted to children but also to adults who do not would eat enough!
Ingredients ( for two people) :
minced meat, 100g
italian sausage, 100g
tomato sauce, a glass
white onion , half
chopped parsley , a tablespoon
salt , pepper, oil
We start our recipe starting with the meatballs : crumble the ground beef and sausage with your hands, add a pinch of salt and pepper and freshly chopped parsley , then mix them together to form a homogeneous mixture ; take time and divide the meat into balls no larger than a few centimeters.
Now take a pan large enough and let fry in a finely chopped onion along with a couple of tablespoons of oil, when it has started to wilt , add the meatballs and fry for a few minutes . As soon as you see it begin to take the color of the cooking, add the tomato puree also .
When the pasta is boiled to perfection , drain and pour into the pan with the other ingredients, then mix the vegetables all for a couple of minutes so that the flavors rapprendano . Finally adjusted with a pinch of salt and pepper and servte .
