Easy Italian biscuits with pine recipe
The biscuits with pine nuts are a classic Italian cuisine. Quick and easy to cook are suitable for breakfast as fast tasty snack.
60 g of sugar cane
220 g flour
70 g olive oil
200 g pine nuts coarsely chopped
grated rind of one lemon
half a glass of Marsala
1 packet of yeast
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
On a work surface you place the flour, add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. With the help of a rolling pin, roll out the dough to about 1 cm in height and cut out the cookies with a special round cookie cutter.
Place them on a baking pan greased with oil and dusted with flour. Bake immediately and cook for about 25 minutes.
