Italian Vegan Omelette with chickpea flour




Using the chickpea flour has the advantage of getting the same color, the same texture, flour always have on hand in the pantry, you do not have short-term maturities and especially to avoid the stink of egg dishes and cookware, after consuming. 

It depends on how thick you like, you can use more or less liquid. Usually after the first are always a little '"faded", the following are the most colorful is because the pan is heated pretty well. 

The batter can be used immediately or you can leave it in the refrigerator until ready to use. Stuff to taste and enjoy!

Ingredients for 2/3 Omelette

50gr chickpea flour
120ml water
1 tsp olive oil
1 pinch of salt

Preparation
Mix all ingredients with a fork. Let it sit in the fridge until ready to use or proceed straight away. Heat a non-stick pan and pour half of the mixture. When it starts tobubble, gently turn the omelette and cook the other side for another minute. Stuff itto your taste and serve immediately!
