Cake with almonds and apples gluten free
250 g blanched almonds (I used the advanced strudel )
140g of gluten free flour (I used Sweet Mix C Schär )
100 g of sugar
80 g of oil
50 ml of water
4 apples (any type )
3 large eggs .
the juice of half a lemon
sliced almonds for the surface
You will need:
Molds for Sweet 22 cm
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Grease and flour a baking pan 22 cm .
Peel the apples and cut into thin slices and irrorartele with a bit ' of lemon juice .
Chop the almonds in a food processor until they form a kind of cream , marzipan type and set aside .
Beat the eggs with the sugar until they are clear, add the oil and mecolare , add water and then add the almonds and flour while stirring well.
Pour the mixture into the mold until half .
Cover the dough with the apples and then pour the rest of the mixture over .
Supeficie Sprinkle the cake with a little ' sugar and sliced almonds .
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes (check it depends on the oven) .
Do the toothpick test in the center of the cake comes out clean and dry if the cake is ready .
Remove from oven , let cool , then sformatela and enjoy it for a snack ...
