Sweets Italian chocolate and hazelnuts
The sweets, chocolate and hazelnuts are small and soft chocolate covered bon bon you can do with the shape you want and decorate to your liking. Donate the candy chocolate and hazelnuts for Valentine's Day or any other occasion you want to surprise someone with a gift original and done by you.
Makes about 16 chocolate cupcakes:
80 g of shelled hazelnuts (or other nuts of your choice)
50 g of sugar
Water to taste (1-2 tablespoons)
100 g of dark chocolate
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

To prepare the cakes with chocolate and hazelnuts started putting the shelled hazelnuts in a food processor with the sugar and all finely chopped . Stir in the water a little at a time, stirring until the mixture is firm but malleable . Do not pour too much water all at once , as if the dough becomes too soft you will need to add more chopped hazelnuts , but if there is still too hard will just add more water .
Taken small portions of dough and roll into balls smaller than a walnut ; poggiatele on the work surface and your fingers modellatele heart-shaped . Then switch your sweets in cocoa powder , so that it adheres well on all sides. Once you have covered all your chocolate cupcakes place in freezer for about 30 minutes , so they harden . Meanwhile, prepare the chocolate coating : cut it into flakes and let it melt in a double boiler or in the microwave.
When the chocolate is completely melted pull out your biscuits and place on a wire rack , then cover with the melted chocolate . Before the cover to dry your chocolate cupcakes decorated with colored tails or hazelnuts . Then place them in the freezer for at least half an hour , so they dry thoroughly .
Serve the cakes with chocolate and hazelnuts for Valentine's Day or any other special occasion .
Note: Once prepared these sweets , chocolate and nuts can be stored out of the refrigerator , provided of course that is not too hot .
