This Wine is produced each year in selecting the best barrels of the entire basement, which generally corresponds to the ecological niche of the vineyards at 200 m . above sea level . Winemaking in wooden vats , spontaneous fermentation and maceration very prolonged , with pumping air. Aging in casks of 30 hl oak for 60 months and in bottle for 12 months. The wine is not filtered before bottling.


Tasting Notes

Wine powerful and elegant at the same time : ethereal and spicy but fragrant , with notes of fruit.
