Almond biscuits - Original Italian recipe
When Christmas is coming, our house is well-established tradition carry cookies, cakes and bon bon, with a daily production rhythms from a small bakery.
We do this first of all for our pleasure , but also to be prepared in the face of unexpected guests .
A kind of cake that never fails on our table for the period December 8 \ 6th of January, these are almond cookies , whenever prepared
goji berry and almond cookies (about 50 cookies )
400 g almond flour
300 g of powdered sugar
5 egg whites
Zest of 1 orange or lemon
a handful of goji berries
In a bowl , stir well with a whisk all the ingredients and put the mixture into a pastry bag .
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, form the biscuits round well- spaced .
Bake at 180 ° C. for about 15 minutes . I always recommend to regulate itself with its own oven : cookies will be ready as soon as they take color.
I choose to serve them with goji berries in the center of each cookie , soaked in rum.
